Can I start with just invoicing?
Yes. Starter gives you quotations, invoices, receipts and expenses with eTIMS and M-Pesa. Turn on inventory, POS, payroll or projects whenever you are ready — the data you have already entered stays where it is.
How long does setting up take?
A small business is usually trading on Rytrix the same afternoon: pick a template pack, import your contacts and products, post opening balances and start invoicing. Bigger roll-outs with branches and migration take a week or two.
Do you handle eTIMS for me?
Rytrix produces compliant tax invoices and holds the eTIMS fields on every document. Connecting your KRA credentials is part of onboarding — we walk you through it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Every list exports to CSV and Excel, and we will hand over a full database extract on request. No exit fee.
Can it look like my company, not like Rytrix?
On Enterprise, yes — your logo and colours on the app, your own subdomain, and every printed document in your branding. Clients never see our name unless you want them to.
How do I pay, and what does it cost?
