Pricing questions
Is it per user?
No. You pay for the company, and the plan sets how many logins are included. Hiring three more people does not change your bill until you outgrow the tier.
Why isn't the price on the page?
Because what you actually need varies — how many branches, how much of your history we migrate, whether you want your own branding. Tell us your size and trade and you will have a figure in shillings the same day.
What about VAT?
Quotes are given excluding VAT. We add the 16% on the invoice and give you a compliant tax invoice for your own return.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — one invoice for the year, one payment, less admin. Ask us when you sign up and we will quote it.
What if I need more users than Pro allows?
That is Enterprise: unlimited users and branches, white-label branding and your own subdomain, quoted on your size.
Is set-up included?
A free trial and self-service set-up are included — plenty of small businesses go live on their own. If you want us to migrate your data and train the team, the packages below are quoted separately from the subscription.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and you take your data with you. Everything exports to CSV and Excel, and we will provide a full database extract on request.
